These tasks should be expected anyway:

  • Telephone customer support;
  • Tracking files;

  • Other administrative tasks.

To strengthen their team and improve service to their customers, we are looking for a Back-office employee for them.


As a Back-office Insurance Officer, you are/have:

  • A Bachelor's degree (preferably Finance and Insurance or Legal Practice) or a Master's degree or equivalent through experience;
  • Knowledge of life insurance and/or taxation is a big plus;
  • Proactive, result-oriented and customer-oriented;
  • The will to grow together with the company;
  • You are not afraid of change and can handle it well;
  • Punctual, precise and professional;
  • A team player but can equally well work independently;
  • Fluent in Dutch with a strong knowledge of French or vice versa;
