Back office employee

As a Back-office employee you have the following tasks:

• Preparation of quotations and policies in consultation with your colleagues in the field;
• Compilation and follow-up of customer files;
• Administrative support;
• Contacting and maintaining contact with companies and/or customers.

Our client is an insurance broker with a focus on savings and investment insurance.

Due to rapid growth and a few takeovers, they are currently looking for new colleagues.

As a Back-office employee you are/will be:

• Bachelor's degree (Finance and Insurance) or equivalent through experience/knowledge/interest, or a Master's degree in an economic field;
• Several years of experience in a similar position is a plus but not a must;
• Knowledge of the sector is a big plus but not a must (sufficient guidance and support is offered);
• Accurate and administratively strong;
• Easy to deal with and service-minded;
• Motivated and positive attitude;
• A team player with a sense of responsibility.
