For our client, we are looking for a Credit Backoffice Clerk. Your main task is to provide administrative support to the credit advisor. This involves taking care of preparing and processing credit files, collecting and checking the necessary documentation, and assisting in the preparation of credit proposals. You will also ensure close monitoring of credit files through the process, from application to disbursement, and maintain communication with customers on the status of their file and any missing documents.

Besides your main task, you act as a back-up for the counter clerk. You will help customers with their daily banking needs, such as deposits, withdrawals and transfers, and assist them with questions.

Profile
