Automation project leader

• You will take a coordinating role in preparing and executing projects at our customers' sites.
• When executing projects, you monitor risks. If necessary, you make adjustments to manage risks.
• Thorough preparation allows you to ensure flexibility in project implementation.
• As a team, you anticipate irregularities that may occur.
• You succeed in controlling the execution approach (from start-up, through deployment of equipment, to completion) of the project.
• You make every effort to improve the customer experience while incorporating better management of costs. In doing so, you pay attention to what is good and what can be improved.
• You ensure proper feedback, such that targets are met or adjusted.
• You plan improvements with a view to margin, quality and safety.
• You strictly adhere to safety and quality procedures.

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Automation / Electromechanics or have similar relevant experience.
• You are responsible and ethical, which translates into your quality, safety and environmental awareness.
• You have an affinity for PLC & electrical engineering.
• You are communicatively strong and have strong social skills.
• You are decisive and persuasive.
• You are resilient and stress-resistant and always think in terms of solutions.
• You are flexible and can switch quickly.
• You can keep track.
• You have strong organisational skills and can think systematically.
• You have good leadership skills.
• You are fluent in Dutch.
• You hold a type B driving licence.
• You preferably have leadership experience in an industrial sector.
• You have a good knowledge of MS Office and ERP.
