- You take care of the design, PLC programming, start-up and after-care of various automation projects

- You work on the PLC programming as well as visualisation (where applicable)

- You provide clear documentation

- Occasionally you may be called upon to provide training to customers

- You take care of timing, budget, quality and thus deliver reliable, tested systems according to the predetermined quality with an efficient use of resources

- You program in Siemens, Allen-Bradley and to a lesser extent in other systems. In Scada you mainly use Siemens and Schneider Wonderware.

- You report to the department manager and work in close consultation with various project leaders on a daily basis

- You participate in the start-up and aftercare

- Together with the project leader, clients and partners, you discuss the specifications of the design based on the client's request.

- You have a good knowledge of the technology and standards for electrical installations (and boards)

- You ensure clear documentation

- You oversee the timely and quality delivery of reliable and tested systems

- You will mainly work in Eplan P8. Knowledge of AutoCAD or other CAD systems is also welcome.

- You are in continuous contact with the department leader to whom you report and the various project leaders for consultation.

For the Antwerp department of a multi-technology player, we are looking for engineers with a passion for automation. The company is a service provider for both industry and the tertiary sector and realises electrical installation and automation projects. Thanks to the group's multi-technicality, they can also realise total projects for their customers. Within the division Antwerp (Herenthout and Wijnegem) they specialise in 

- Electrical and instrumentation: cabling machines and production systems directly at the customer's premises, work preparation

- Construction of signs/cabinets: small workshop at 2 locations and sometimes installations at customers' premises

- Electrical engineering: Eplan drawings

- Software and automation projects

The group places strong emphasis on practical knowledge, so they like to have a hands-on mentality.
The projects are varied: from chemistry, through pharma, to food and automotive.

- Location Wijnegem or Herentals are feasible for you

- You have a technical bachelor's or master's degree and at least a first experience

- Master's degree is an asset, but not a must
