• You follow up the projects from A to Z together with the Project Leader
• You do the preparation for the start-up of the yard 
• You contact suppliers and ask for prices if necessary
• You check the check in@work and pass it on correctly
• You draw up the post-intervention file 
• You make the necessary connection requests

You will be working for a company that specialises in house and villa construction and, more specifically, purely new construction. 

Projects range from 200,000 - 800,000 with occasional peaks of over a million. 

Customers are supported throughout the entire construction process.

Both the office and the colleagues are family-oriented. 

To carry out the job as Assistant Project Leader, you have these capacities: 

• You have a degree in construction engineering or equivalent through experience 
• A first work experience is a plus, not a must 
• You work in a structured way 
• You are correct and punctual 
• You take matters into your own hands
• You have a good computer knowledge
