Assistant Architect

For the vacancy of assistant architect in Oudenaarde, you will perform the following tasks:

• you discuss with the customer the needs and wishes
• you make measurements and take pictures
• You create a design
• you prepare the environmental application
• You prepare the construction-technical file.
• You conduct discussions with the client and with the authorities. 
• you will handle 1 or 2 cases per week

The company is an architectural office located in Aalter.

You will be working in a growing company with an enthusiastic team of 13 people spread over 2 locations.

Their projects range from residential construction, agricultural and industrial.

For the vacancy of assistant architect in Oudenaarde, you can demonstrate the following capabilities;

• you have technical insight and know how a building is put together
• you have a degree in a technical field or equivalent through experience
• You have knowledge of a building application
• You can draw in Autocad
• you can work independently and dare to take initiative
