Architectural Draughtsman

• As architectural draftsman/right hand to the architect, you will help realise various renovation projects with a focus on drawing and project preparation
• It concerns projects focused on urban planning
• Developing conceptual designs into detailed technical drawings and specifications
• Checking and modifying existing drawings according to specifications and standards
• Calculating and ordering materials
• Request and compare quotes
• Procurement preparations in consultation with the project manager
• Creating implementation schedules and liaising with subcontractors

• Relevant training (e.g. Architecture, Architect...) and/or relevant experience in urban planning
• As a recent graduate, you certainly qualify too
• Strongly administrative, accurate and structured
• Proactive and communicative, which is reflected in our internal but also external cooperation
• In possession of a driving licence

Our client has the following package in mind for this architectural draftsman:

• A gross monthly salary ranging from €3000 to €4000 gross, depending on your experience
• Supplemented by a daily allowance of €10
• Company car with fuel card, also for private use
• Eco-vouchers of €250/year

Supplementary:

• Full-time employment of 40h/week
• An immediate permanent contract is negotiable
