Architectural draftsman

For the job as Architectural Designer/Assistant Architect, the following is offered: 

• A gross monthly salary in line with your knowledge, experience and wishes

The other days are free to choose. 

The work is feasible within a 40-hour week, so there is little overtime.

For the vacancy of Architectural Draughtsman/Assistant Architect in Ghent, you can identify yourself with the following range of tasks: 

• You combine administrative and drawing work; in the beginning, this will require training, but once you are settled in, you will be able to focus more on the drawing work. Ratio 50/50 at the start. 
• You take care of the layout of outgoing projects 
• You collaborate on match documents 
• You collaborate on specifications and measurement links 
• You publish current and completed projects on the company's facebook page 
• You create drawings in Autocad or Revit 
• You optimise the quality systems
• You take care of the presentation sheets for executed projects 
• You handle the incoming calls 
• Your office is at the front, so you address the customers and help where necessary 
• You place orders

You will be working in an architectural and engineering firm in Ghent. 

Together with 15 colleagues, you will work on projects such as hospitals, schools, sports centres,... 

You sit together with engineers, architects, draughtsmen and assistant architects where everyone is within walking distance.

For the vacancy of Architectural Designer/Assistant Architect in Ghent, you have the following capacities:

• You have a construction engineering background through education or experience
• You have a good knowledge of Autocad or Revit
• You have a good knowledge of Word and Excel
• You can work independently
