Architectural drafter/Project leader

• You are responsible for the design drawings of the projects in consultation with the project leader and the client
• You will convert these sketches into detailed construction drawings in Vectorworks and/or Tekla Structures
• You link the various technical elements to each other to form a feasible construction whole
• You ensure that you achieve a correct result within the planning, paying attention to construction details
• You communicate frequently with your internal and external customers
• If required, you are responsible for purchasing the materials you need to carry out your assignment. For this purpose you negotiate this with the suppliers
• You report to the technical director

Our client specialises in architectural concrete facades and the processing of natural stone and bricks in prefabricated elements for office, utility and high-rise residential buildings in Belgium, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, France and Germany.

• You have a higher degree in a technical direction (Industrial Construction Engineer or Graduate Construction/Assistant Architect) or equivalent by experience
• A first working experience in the construction sector is a plus
• You work meticulously, with an eye for detail and attention to deadlines
• You have excellent spatial insight You have a good knowledge of French and English
• You are familiar with the most common 2D and 3Ddrawing programs
• Knowledge of Tekla Structures is a plus
