For this vacancy as an architectural draftsman renovation in the Kortrijk region, you will elaborate and design plans in function of the client's demands. Furthermore, the following tasks are also part of your job description:

• You are going to measure houses.
• Based on the measurement, you make a correct measurement report.
• As an architectural draftsman, you consult with the client about the project.
• You will take into account the urban planning conditions and contact the public services for this.

Our client is a renovation coordinator and their customers are private individuals or companies.

They guide the client from A to Z during the renovation of their home or office building. Today, they have 200 projects all over Flanders and they are growing. They have 9 employees and do not have their own workers; the company only works with subcontractors.

In order to strengthen their team, they are looking for an architectural draughtsman who will further develop their renovation projects.

What profile am I looking for in this vacancy as an architectural draftsman renovation in the Kortrijk region?

• You are in possession of a construction engineering degree or equivalent through experience.
• HBO 5 architectural draftsman, bachelor applied architecture/construction, ...
• You are interested in renovation.
• As an architectural draftsman renovation you work in a detailed way and you take budgets into account.
• As you are in contact with the customer, you are easy to deal with.
• Working independently is not a problem for you.
• You have knowledge of Autocad.
