Of course, you may expect a competitive salary based on your experience. You will be working in a 39-hour week, which means that on top of your 20 days of legal holiday, you will also build up 6 ADV days, which you can plan freely in consultation. After your 6-month training period at the office, you can work from home when you are not on the job. You are expected at the office once a week.

For our client specialised in industrial mixers, we are looking for an Application & Sales engineer. You follow up incoming leads and visit customers to discuss possible projects. With this information, you will feedback to the internal engineering team, who will make a design based on the customer's request. You will prepare the quotation based on this design. You present this offer to the customer and in this way you win the project. When the project is sold, you follow up the process with the customer. You will also provide training to the clients, keep track of the latest developments in the sector and actively look for new clients. About 80% account management and 20% prospecting for new clients. You will report to the Sales Manager. The region in which you will visit clients will depend on where you live. 

This SME specialises in the sale and manufacture of industrial mixers and agitators for the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, petrochemical and water treatment industries. Currently, the team consists of 26 people of which 8 are engineers with a mechanical or chemical background. Teamwork is very important and the projects are really worked out as a team. Individual commission is therefore not common. 

We are looking for someone with a bachelor or master degree in electromechanics or chemistry. You have a very good command of Dutch and English, knowledge of French is a plus. Furthermore, we are looking for a good communicator, team player, someone who is driven and stands for quality. Experience as a project engineer or sales engineer is a plus but school leavers are also welcome.
