You will become the bridge between state-of-the-art technology and valued customers across Europe. You will be the person who turns technical challenges into creative solutions.

Your role:

  • Global travel opportunities: The world is your playing field! You will conduct customer trainings and demonstrations to present and promote our client's technology.
  • Technical support: You are our go-to person for technical questions and issues, sharing your in-depth knowledge of the products and software.
  • Consultancy role: As a consultant in geometric size and tolerance determination (GD&T), you will help clients achieve new levels of precision in their manufacturing processes.
  • Research and development: you will follow the latest industry trends and contribute to the development of new features and improvements to our client's products.

Your tasks:

  • You will discuss technical problems and develop solutions together with new and existing customers, making a significant contribution to customer satisfaction.
  • You will provide demonstrations, training and helpdesk support.
  • You will provide first-line support to customers and distributors with in-depth technical expertise.
  • Archiving of customer cases, bug reporting and feature requests within the software.
  • You will be a consultant in measuring engineering drawings with expertise in geometric dimensional and tolerancing (GD&T).
  • You will follow the latest trends in Industry 4.0, closed-loop manufacturing and statistical process control (SPC).
  • You will provide constructive feedback to software engineering to improve the product for the benefit of our customers.
  • Mainly travel within Europe, but sporadic global travel may also be required.

Profile

You are...

  • preferably, you hold a technical bachelor's or master's degree.
  • a top commincator and is fluent in Dutch and English speaking and writing. A knowledge of German or French is a bonus.
  • Very independent and you have a great sense of responsibility.
  • Possessing a 'can do' attitude and a friendly, professional approach to customers.
  • a born traveller and want to travel internationally regularly and have a category B driving licence
