All-round Technician

As an all-round technician, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Electrical and mechanical assembly in production
• Calibration and qualification of the machines coming out of production
• Technical support of customers such as installation of machines on site, start-up of machines and training of operators (possibly abroad).
• Providing technical support to customers from the workshop by telephone, e-mail,...
• Ability to deal with a horizontal organisational structure where, depending on your capabilities, you can advance in any of the above.

Our client is a dynamic Belgian SME with an extensive international customer portfolio. Since 1994, they develop and build high-tech powder process machines for research and development in pharma, biotech, food, chemistry,.... Since January 2021, they can be found, together with their sister company, in the Dendermonde region. The 16-strong team is currently looking for an enthusiastic project manager. Preferably you meet the following requirements:

• You had a technical education (TSO or Bachelor) such as electromechanics, electrical engineering, energy technology,...
• You can express yourself fluently in both Dutch and English.
• You are versatile and hands-on.
• You are social, communicative and eager to learn.
• You have a high quality awareness and are a team player, but can also work autonomously.
• You are a real problem solver and always think along with the customer.
• You feel good in a small, flat, transparent organisation.
