You will be offered a full-time contract of 39 hours per week where sliding hours are possible. Function

As an invoice clerk, you are an indispensable link. Working closely with two colleagues, you will be responsible for the daily processing of transport and accounting data. This includes:

  • Data processing of transports driven
  • Processing purchase and transport invoices
  • Formatting sales invoices
  • Verification of legal obligations
  • Support with monthly and year-end closures

You will support the finance department in activities such as;

  • Payment preparations
  • Processing of bank statements
  • VAT returns and other tax obligations
  • Participate in the optimisation of various financial processes.

In short, as a billing clerk, you will have a versatile and challenging job!
