Our ideal air freight forwarder possesses: - A degree in logistics or equivalent industry experience. - At least 3 years' experience in export air freight. - Knowledge of customs formalities (plus). - In possession of a DGD certificate (plus). - Thorough knowledge of export procedures and regulations. - Skills in Microsoft applications and specific operational software. - Customer-oriented approach and strong communication skills. - Problem-solving skills and out-of-the-box thinking. - Team spirit and collaborative ability. - Initiative and proactive work attitude. - Strong administrative skills and flexibility in work attitude.

As an air freight forwarder, you will be responsible for: - Complete handling of export air freight files from start to finish, with a focus on specific customer groups. - Coordinating transport movements in cooperation with airlines, road carriers, customs services and warehousing facilities. - Ensure efficient communication with both customers and agents. - Function as first point of contact for customers.
