We are currently looking for an Advisor Employee Benefits to join the team. As an Insurance Advisor for the 'life' branch, your duties will include the following:

• You will be responsible for the correct and smooth administrative handling of clients' employee benefits files from A to Z.
• You are the central point of contact for the customer for all their questions regarding your area of expertise.
• You take the necessary initiatives to guarantee your customers the best possible service.
• You will work closely with the account manager responsible for the employee benefits domain.
• You liaise with customers both by phone and email.

To fill this role in the Berlaar region, we are looking for the person who recognises themselves in the following:

• You hold a degree in a relevant field. For example, a bachelor's degree in finance & insurance.
• Ideally, you will have already been able to build initial experience within insurance.
• You are customer-oriented.
• You always work in a precise and orderly manner.
• You are communicatively strong and stress-resistant.
• You are a team player.
• Besides a professional command of the Dutch language, you also know how to express yourself fluently in English and French.
• You are someone with a sense of initiative.

We are currently looking for an Advisor Employee Benefits for an independent insurance broker in the Berlaar area to expand the team. As an Insurance Advisor, you will join one of the larger insurance brokers in the country. They currently have a number of offices spread across Flanders. You should not expect a classic brokerage office with a few employees, as here you will join an organisation of around 200 people. Size aside, they do consider the working atmosphere and internal culture very important. They therefore strive to keep this culture as open and accessible as possible. Furthermore, they like to profile themselves as a generalist broker where anyone, from individuals to self-employed and international companies, can get insurance.
