Function

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the hub of the office. Your duties are diverse and include:


  • Providing administrative support to the case managers.
  • Welcoming and speaking to customers at reception.
  • Processing correspondence and underwriting documents.
  • Handling telephone and e-mail traffic.
  • Providing tailored advice to customers.



Profile

  • You have excellent administrative skills and are organisationally strong.
  • You preferably have experience (not a must) in a customer-facing role and know how to create a warm welcome.
  • You hold pcp certificates (a must).
  • You can work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the insurance sector is a plus.
