Insurance administrative assistant

Our client offers you a permanent contract right from the start. Working hours can be flexibly negotiated, both in a 4/5th and full-time arrangement. As an administrative jack-of-all-trades, you are pivotal in drawing up and processing claims, policies and insurance applications. No detail escapes your attention, as you manage customer files with a keen eye for service. Customer queries? You answer them with a smile and a smooth pen.

All different aspects of insurance come together in your duties, where you will smoothly switch between production, claims, and all other facets. In other words, a job with a lot of variety.

While the business manager focuses on the commercial side, you are the administrative support who makes sure everything runs smoothly.

Our client, an independent insurance broker representing the interests of both private clients and businesses, has a friendly family atmosphere. At the moment, they are actively looking for an administrative assistant to act as back-up for the business manager. Do you feel appealed? 

• You hold at least a Bachelor of Finance and Insurance or already have a good basic knowledge of insurance.
• You value correct and accurate administration.
• You are someone who functions well in a small team.
• You speak and write good Dutch.
