Credit Analyst

• Permanent contract on start-up.

Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for approving/rejecting credit applications that come in through various brokers.

• You do a thorough analysis of the application. Are there sufficient financial resources? What is the value of the property to be purchased? If necessary, you request additional information.
• You start the corresponding insurance.
• You are responsible for the preparation of the deed.
• Disbursement of instalments in construction files: critical evaluation of the invoice - supplementing/adjusting the clients' financial plan and finding solutions for shortfalls.
• You communicate mainly with the broker and notary in question.

In other words, you are responsible for complete dossiers from A to Z that you administratively follow up yourself.

Each application consists of 7 steps. In total, you will be working on 30 to 40 dossiers simultaneously. Being able to switch quickly between the various files is therefore definitely a must.

For our client, a company that is responsible for approving or not approving home loans for the bank, we are currently looking for an additional clerk.

• You hold at least a bachelor's or master's degree or have experience in financial risk analysis.
