As an administrative accounting assistant, you will have the following duties:

• General administration;
• General accounting support;
• Sales administration;
• Input from the cars;
• Billing;
• Administrative follow-up for sales colleagues;
• Registration of cars;
• Preparation of work sheets;
• Checking credit notes and following up on fines.

Our client is an authorised car dealer with multiple branches.

Due to their strong growth, they are looking for reinforcement for their administration.

As an Administrative Accounting Officer, you are/have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience;
• Knowledge/experience in the automotive sector is a plus;
• All-round and hands-on mentality;
• Communicative and organisational strong;
• Fluent in Dutch with a good knowledge of French and English.
