What are your duties?

Together with a few colleagues, you will address SME-related customers. Your job is for 50% at the client (on the road). The other 50% of your time you will be responsible for the administrative follow-up and processing of your files.

• You maintain and strengthen customer contact and guarantee excellent service.
• You give advice tailored to the customer.
• You work out offers and commercial actions.
• Together with the team, you look at how you can attract new customers and always have a long-term relationship in mind.

Our client is an independent insurance broker that focuses on both the private and the SME market. You will be working in a team of 10, where great importance is attached to a good mutual relationship. For example, they organise various activities with the team every year. Think of a dinner for someone's birthday, a Christmas party, an annual staff party with the entire family, a trip to the zoo, etc.
