  • At this account manager opportunity, you will start up with an immediate permanent contract

Function

  • After extensive training on the extensive product portfolio, you will be able to gradually build up a fine technical expertise. It is with this expertise that you will speak to customers

  • You will mainly focus on the logistics sector (mainly warehousing) all over Flanders

  • As an Account Manager, you will seek out potential customers
  • You become their contact person in terms of commercial questions and remain committed to a nice long-term relationship
  • Given the complexity of the products, you will not do this blindly but in a very targeted way (e.g. networking events, trade fairs, via new trends, marketing campaigns...).
  • You listen to the needs and respond to them
  • You prepare a presentation before the appointment together with your colleague from the inside sales department
  • Here, you play a purely advisory role and outline the overall picture for the customer
  • You mainly think in terms of possibilities
  • All information obtained from the customer is completed in the CRM system
  • Other administrative tasks such as quotation preparation, invoicing, etc. are not part of your duties

Profile

  • A bachelor's and/or master's degree in electromechanics, robotics or automation
