As an Insurance Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the customer base in the business insurance sector. You play a crucial role in building strong relationships with businesses and providing appropriate insurance solutions that meet their specific needs.

Some of your tasks:

• Responsible for managing existing customer relationships.
• Analyse customers' insurance needs and advise on appropriate insurance solutions.
• Drafting and presenting insurance proposals to clients.
• Negotiate contract terms and rates with clients and insurers.
• Ensuring excellent customer service and resolving any complaints.
• Keeping up with insurance industry developments and market trends.
• Contacting and following up on warm leads.

In this position, cold calling is not required, as you will take over an existing client portfolio. Moreover, adequate support will be provided by two experienced Senior Account Managers, who will retire in a few years.
