As Account Manager HR, you are the link between our clients and our HR department. You are responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients. You will also work closely with the internal HR team to offer appropriate solutions and contribute to the growth of our organisation.

The main duties and responsibilities are:

• Coordinate and organise various sales and HR activities to best support customers and employees.
• Attract new companies as clients, maintain existing relationships.
• Monitoring your performance and adjusting where necessary to achieve your personal goals.
• Manage a strategic client portfolio and build lasting relationships to achieve set goals.
• Conduct price negotiations and monitor quotations and calculations.
• Provide clear and regular sales reporting via online tools to management.
• Perform administrative tasks such as invoicing and accounts receivable management.

The ideal candidate for this role has:

• At least a bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer relationship building and sales
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• A proactive and problem-solving attitude
• Knowledge of the latest HR trends and practices
